2. Products and Availability

AMA STORE sells Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including both in-stock items and pre-order products.

All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at our discretion.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in Euro (€) and may be subject to change.

Payment is required at the time of order using the methods available on the website.

AMA STORE reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:

  • Suspected fraud
  • Product unavailability

4. Pre-Orders

Some products are offered as pre-orders.

By purchasing a pre-order, you agree that:

  • Payment is taken immediately
  • Release/shipping dates are indicative
  • Delays may occur due to suppliers

You may request the cancellation of a pre-order before shipment by contacting customer support.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed according to the timelines indicated in the shipping policy.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • High-demand periods
  • Carrier delays

AMA STORE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.

7. Return Limitations (TCG Products)

The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are:

  • Unused
  • Still sealed

TCG products (such as boxes, booster packs, and decks) cannot be returned if opened, in order to preserve product integrity.

8. Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

Refunds:

  • Will be issued within 14 days of the request
  • May be withheld until the returned item is received

9. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately after delivery.

We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, logos, texts, graphics) is the property of AMA STORE or their respective owners.

Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

AMA STORE is not responsible for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Subjective expectations regarding TCG product contents (e.g., cards found in packs)
  • Delays not directly attributable to the store
