Return and Refund Policy
This return policy applies to all purchases made on AMA STORE.
AMA STORE allows returns within 14 days from delivery, in accordance with European Union regulations.
The 14-day right of withdrawal is extended, as a commercial policy, to customers residing outside the European Union, under the same conditions outlined above.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition in which you received it
- Unused, intact, and sealed
- Complete with its original packaging
Proof of purchase is also required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Pre-Orders
AMA STORE offers products available for pre-order.
By purchasing a pre-order item:
- You accept that payment is taken at the time of order
- You acknowledge that the shipping date is indicative and subject to change by official suppliers
You may request the cancellation of a pre-order before shipment by contacting us promptly.
Once the product has been delivered, the 14-day withdrawal right applies only if the item remains sealed and in its original condition.

Returns must be authorized before shipping.
Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The return address will be provided promptly by customer support.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To obtain a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
If you reside in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
The right of withdrawal applies only to products that are:
- Unused
- Still sealed
As required by law, the right of withdrawal is void if sealed products are opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or protection reasons, including TCG products.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
