We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible once the products are available in our warehouse.

Pre-orders follow the same timelines starting from the official release date.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to supplier issues, high order volumes, or carrier processing times.


Distribution Delays

In some cases, product releases or availability may be delayed due to factors beyond AMA STORE’s control.

By purchasing from AMA STORE, you acknowledge that:

  • Supplier delays may affect shipping times
  • Such delays are not directly attributable to the store

Shipping Costs

  • Are calculated at checkout
  • May vary depending on the destination and order volume

Any promotions (e.g., free shipping) will be clearly indicated on the website.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery.


Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

AMA STORE is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed deliveries due to recipient absence

Any additional costs for reshipping will be charged to the customer.


Delivery Issues

In case of delivery issues or damaged packages:

If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend accepting it with reservation or refusing delivery.
